Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ConnectQR (the “Service”), a relational CRM that lets you mint event QR codes, collect contact details, and nurture relationships. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ConnectQR to send spam, harass anyone, upload unlawful content, or collect personal information without a lawful basis or the person’s reasonable expectation of being contacted. You are the controller of the contact data you collect and are responsible for how you use it.

Plans & billing

ConnectQR offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into ConnectQR. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You can export your data and delete it at any time.

Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
