What happens when I hit 35 contacts?+
The Attendee plan includes 35 accessible CRM contacts. Incoming guest QR captures continue and excess CRM records are locked on your side until you upgrade. Mutual handshakes and receiving introductions remain free, independently of that CRM allowance.
Does the person scanning need an account?+
Guest-detail QR scans need no account or app. Confirm a Handshake and Join a room QR codes require an account; trusted relationships always require mutual confirmation.
Can strangers find my email?+
Your private contact collection is not a public directory. Information you choose to put on a shareable contact card is available to people with its link. Brokered 2nd-degree search shows approved services through a trusted connector without exposing hidden contact details.
Is receiving an introduction a paid feature?+
Receiving introductions and mutual handshakes are free. Free accounts can also propose three manual introductions per month. Pro adds brokered discovery and reviewed AI drafting, with safeguards against repeated requests.
What can I use today?+

Is the chapter plan the same as a team subscription?+
No. The planned chapter plan supports an ongoing community and verified member connections. Existing team billing is a separate workspace offer; these proposed plans do not change an existing subscription.
